Ariana Grande Recovering After COVID Diagnosis, Brother Frankie Shares Update

Pop superstar Ariana Grande is on the mend after testing positive for COVID-19. The 32-year-old singer had been busy promoting Wicked: For Good when the diagnosis forced her to pause her schedule. With rest and support from fans, she is expected to bounce back soon and continue her journey with the film stronger than before.

Frankie Grande Confirms She’s ‘Doing Well’

At the Out100 Celebration in Los Angeles on November 21, Ariana’s brother Frankie Grande spoke to E! News and offered a positive update. “She’s doing well,” Frankie said, adding, “As her brother, I send her all the love and healing vibes in the world. She’s working so much.”

He reassured fans that the family is not worried, explaining, “We’ve all had COVID at this point. We know that she’s going to be fine.”

Praise for Ariana’s Role in Wicked

Frankie also praised Ariana’s performance as Glinda the Good in Wicked: For Good. He revealed that he has already watched the movie four times, saying, “It gets better every single time.”

He continued, “Her acting is masterful. Her craft is on full display, and I encourage everybody to go see it.”

Family Support and Recovery

While Ariana focuses on resting and recovering, her family remains supportive. Frankie emphasized that she simply needs time to heal before resuming her demanding schedule. Fans have also flooded social media with messages of encouragement, wishing the singer a speedy recovery.

Frankie Grande Honored at Out100 Celebration

The evening was also meaningful for Frankie, who was honored at the event celebrating LGBTQ+ changemakers of 2025. He expressed pride in representing his community, saying, “It’s such an honor to be on the list this year. I live my whole life for my community.”

He added, “All my art, everything that I do, I put out into the world in the hopes that it inspires other people to be themselves.”

Looking Ahead

Ariana’s fans remain optimistic that she will return to her Wicked commitments soon. With her brother’s reassurance and her own resilience, the singer is expected to continue shining both on-screen and in her music career.
