Brittany Furlan, the wife of Tommy Lee, has found herself at the center of a rapidly escalating legal dispute that has moved from social media accusations into a Southern California courtroom. The controversy involves Ronnie Radke, who has filed court papers seeking a restraining order against Furlan. The musician alleges a pattern of harassment, false claims, and troubling behavior that he says has caused significant distress. The case has ignited public debate, with both sides forcefully denying wrongdoing as attorneys prepare for a contentious legal fight.
Court documents filed earlier this week show Radke asking a judge to grant him legal protection from Furlan. In the filing, the 42-year-old singer claims she repeatedly harassed him through social media messages and unwanted contact. According to the documents, Radke alleges that Furlan falsely suggested there was a romantic relationship between them. He further claims she attempted to persuade others to make false statements about him online.
Radke told the court that the alleged behavior was persistent and extended beyond digital platforms. He described the situation as escalating, prompting him to seek a restraining order that would bar Furlan from coming within 100 yards of him.
In his filing, Radke detailed incidents he says occurred in May 2025. He claims his girlfriend, Dana Wright, witnessed Furlan initiating unwanted contact. One allegation states that Furlan appeared at his residence without invitation. Radke also claims that after he ignored unsolicited messages, she followed him to a doctor’s appointment.
According to the filing, Radke said Furlan sat outside the medical facility and stared at him. He described the encounter as deeply unsettling and cited it as a turning point that led him to pursue legal action. The singer also accused Furlan of continuing to publish false public statements and of messaging underage fans in an attempt to pressure them into spreading damaging claims about him.
Furlan’s attorney, Lou Shapiro, has strongly denied the accusations. In a statement, Shapiro said his client was “offended” by the filing and maintained that Furlan is the true victim of harassment. “We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous petition,” Shapiro said, adding that Furlan intends to seek protection from what they describe as ongoing threats and harassment by Radke.
Radke’s filing also includes screenshots allegedly showing hostile messages from Tommy Lee. One message reportedly warned, “Watch your back! Don’t f*ck with me dude!” Neither Lee nor his representatives have publicly commented on the messages.
Outside of court, Radke addressed the dispute on Instagram, accusing Furlan of spreading false information in private group chats. He warned that the alleged conduct could lead to serious legal consequences. Shortly after posting the videos, Radke’s Instagram account was reportedly banned. The timing fueled speculation, though the platform has not commented publicly.
The legal fight follows earlier drama involving catfishing claims. Last year, Furlan said she was targeted by someone impersonating Radke, an incident she claimed strained her marriage. Radke denied involvement and said he contacted the FBI, calling the situation “a felony” and “very serious.” As the case moves forward, the court will now determine whether the allegations warrant legal protection. For now, the dispute remains a high-profile clash blending celebrity, social media, and the law.
