Fortnite’s Simpsons Update Unleashes Donut Storms, Scratchy Boss & New Mythics

Fortnite’s Simpsons season just dropped its biggest update yet—and it’s pure chaos. From raining donuts to mythic chainsaws, Epic Games is turning the island upside down with Update 38.10. Whether you’re in Battle Royale or Zero Build, this patch is packed with new weapons, skins, and a surprise boss that’s straight out of Springfield.

New Mythic Weapons & Loot Pool Additions

Seven new items hit the loot pool, including:

• Five Gun
• Cartoon Chainsaw (earned by defeating Scratchy)
• Embiggened Assault Rifle
• Dragon’s Belch Shotgun
• Red-Eye Caramba AR
• Tamzarian Twin Mag SMG
• Mutated Tomatoes

Only the Cartoon Chainsaw’s unlock method is confirmed—beat Scratchy after he jumps out of a TV spawn.

New Skins & Sidekicks

• Lisa Simpson and Moe Szyslak are now live in the Item Shop.
• Three new sidekicks—including a Chihuahua—are coming soon, hinting at more pet companions.

Mortal Kombat Blitz Takeover

A surprise crossover adds these items to the loot pool:

• Scorpion’s Kombat Kit
• Sub-Zero’s Kombat Kit
• Hammer Pump Shotgun
• Silenced Pistol
• Wrecker Revolver

Unlock Green Reactor Waste variants for:

Scratchy Boss Fight

Find a Scratchy TV on the map. Interact, and he’ll burst out with a chainsaw. Defeat him to earn the Cartoon Chainsaw.

Donuts now fall from the sky mid-match. They deal serious damage—so dodge or die.
