Actress Gwyneth Paltrow celebrated Super Bowl weekend with a playful Instagram video posted on February 8. The Iron Man star appeared in her kitchen wearing a Patriots jersey long enough to double as a dress, skipping pants for a relaxed, ultra-casual look.
The jersey featured Rob Gronkowski’s number 87, while the back displayed the name of her longtime partner, director Brad Falchuk.
In the clip, Paltrow prepared what she called a “Protein loaded Super Breakfast Bowl” for Falchuk. The meal included roasted potatoes, broccoli, avocado, and three sunny-side-up eggs.
The video was set to Dropkick Murphys’ “I’m Shipping Up to Boston”, adding a spirited New England touch to her pre-game routine. Her caption read: “Protein loaded Super Breakfast Bowl for a pre-game #boyfriendbreakfast #WeAllWeGot.”
The 53-year-old actress appeared without makeup or accessories, embracing a natural look that resonated with fans. Paltrow has often shared similar wholesome moments on social media, highlighting her love for cooking and family traditions.
This isn’t the first time Paltrow has showcased her kitchen rituals. In a previous Instagram post, she cooked breakfast alongside her daughter Apple Martin, whom she shares with ex-husband Chris Martin. The mother-daughter duo wore matching pajama-style outfits while preparing waffles, eggs, and vegetables.
