HGTV fan favorites Erin and Ben Napier are ringing in 2026 with a brand-new season of Home Town. The network confirmed on Wednesday that the milestone 10th season will premiere on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at 8/7c, launching the first of 16 new episodes.
The long-running home renovation series continues to spotlight the transformation of historic properties and small-town spaces in Laurel, Mississippi, attracting a loyal audience along the way. According to HGTV, the previous season drew more than 23.3 million viewers across linear and streaming platforms.
This season, Erin and Ben will tackle some of their most emotional and ambitious projects to date — both for longtime Laurel residents and newcomers looking to build roots.
In the season premiere, the couple will oversee the largest overhaul in Home Town history, renovating a beloved historic house lived in by the same owner for more than 50 years. The massive project will unfold across two episodes, featuring upgrades designed to preserve the property’s legacy while modernizing it for decades to come.
Other notable projects this season include:
Renovating a hospital maternity ward and waiting room
Remodeling a home for Ben’s brother Jesse and his family
Transforming a property for a newly engaged couple planning to host their wedding on-site
HGTV also announced a spinoff earlier this year, Home Town: Inn This Together, following Erin and Ben as they team up with family and friends — Jim, Mallorie and Josh — to restore the historic 1930 Kress building into a hotel, retail hub, and food venue.
The future of the spinoff was briefly uncertain after the Heirloom Hotel, the centerpiece of the project, sustained damage from a fire in August. Erin addressed the setback on Instagram, writing:
“I don’t know what will happen next or if you’ll ever get to see this show now… Pray for my friends and family.”
Fortunately, reconstruction is underway. In late October, the Heirloom Instagram account posted images of progress, captioned:
“With the right people, you can build just about anything. Keep building.”
HGTV has not yet announced a premiere date for the spinoff.
Ahead of the season debut, Erin gave fans a glimpse of family time with Ben and their daughters, Helen (7) and Mae (4). She shared a sweet video of the girls decorating their Christmas tree, writing:
“I want to hold on to this forever.”
