Madonna brought star power to Milan Fashion Week, making a surprise front-row appearance at Dolce & Gabbana’s Fall/Winter 2026-27 women’s collection show.
The Queen of Pop arrived with her boyfriend Akeem Morris, seated next to Vogue’s Anna Wintour as the show began. To the backdrop of her hit You’ll See, Madonna greeted actor Alberto Guerra, her co-star in a recent Dolce & Gabbana campaign. Fans and fellow guests quickly captured the moment on their phones.
Madonna, 67, has been a Dolce & Gabbana muse since the 1990s. The duo famously designed her crystal-studded bodice for the Truth or Dare premiere in 1991, costumes for her Erotica tour in 1992, and looks for her Drowned World Tour in 2001. She last appeared at the brand’s Spring-Summer 2025 show, wearing a lace veil. This time, she opted for a sleek black blazer layered over a dark minidress, accented with turquoise leather gloves. Her signature blonde hair was worn loose, adding to the understated yet striking look.
Designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana leaned into Madonna’s influence, presenting transparent lace dresses reminiscent of her early style and bold pinstriped suits recalling her Vogue era. Faux furs, animal prints, and mirrored double-breasted suits added drama to the runway. Models twirled in front of Madonna and Wintour, ensuring the fashion icons caught every detail. Both wore dark sunglasses, exchanging private impressions as the show unfolded.
After the show, Madonna embraced the designers backstage, while hundreds of fans waited outside to catch a glimpse of her and other celebrities in attendance. Her presence underscored her enduring influence on fashion and culture, proving once again that Madonna remains a defining figure in style.
