The 2026 BRIT Awards will feature a powerful tribute to the late rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, with Robbie Williams fronting a star-studded performance.
Williams will perform a special arrangement of No More Tears, the title track from Osbourne’s 1991 album. The tribute was curated by Ozzy’s wife Sharon Osbourne, who personally asked Williams to lead the performance. Joining him on stage will be musicians who played alongside Ozzy over the years, including Zakk Wylde, Adam Wakeman, Robert Trujillo, and Tommy Clufetos, forming a makeshift supergroup to celebrate the Black Sabbath frontman’s legacy.
In addition to the tribute performance, Osbourne will be posthumously honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award. The BRIT Awards Committee praised his “unmistakable voice and unique presence,” noting his influence on generations of artists and his role in reshaping the sound of rock. Ozzy passed away at his home in Buckinghamshire, England, on July 22, 2025, at the age of 76—less than three weeks after his farewell show in Birmingham.
Williams, a longtime fan of Osbourne and friend of the family, expressed his admiration for the rocker’s impact on music. His involvement adds a pop crossover element to the tribute, bridging genres while honoring Ozzy’s enduring influence.
Hosted by Jack Whitehall for the sixth time, the BRIT Awards will take place at the Co-op Live arena in Manchester. Other performers include Harry Styles, Olivia Dean, Mark Ronson, Rosalía, Sombr, Alex Warren, Wolf Alice, and Huntr/x from KPop Demon Hunters. The tribute performance will close out the ceremony, ensuring Ozzy’s legacy is celebrated in front of millions of fans worldwide.
