Travis Kelce is keeping fans entertained with playful updates about his upcoming wedding to Taylor Swift. The Kansas City Chiefs star recently joked about the reception plans, hinting that Garage Beer—the brand he co-owns with his brother Jason Kelce—will play a starring role.
Speaking to TMZ outside his New Heights podcast’s Super Bowl party on February 4, Kelce laughed when asked how many kegs of Garage Beer would be served at the wedding. “Man, I can’t even count that high,” he quipped, suggesting that the reception will be stocked with plenty of the Ohio-based brew.
The Kelce brothers became majority owners of Garage Beer in June 2024. Since then, the brand has skyrocketed in value, reaching an estimated $200 million by late 2025. The siblings frequently promote the beer on their podcast, and Jason Kelce even debuted a humorous “Stinky Garage Beer” commercial during the 2026 Super Bowl.
Despite the jokes, Kelce and Swift have remained largely private about their wedding plans. The couple announced their engagement on August 26, 2025, and are rumored to be planning a summer wedding this year.
Back in September, Kelce hinted on New Heights that he and Swift prefer live music over a DJ for their big day. “I think we’re live music kind of people,” he said, sparking speculation about which performers might be invited.
Sources close to the couple told PEOPLE that the wedding will be intimate rather than a public spectacle. “It will definitely be a private affair and not a spectacle. They both have a close circle of friends, and they’ll respect their privacy,” the source explained.
Swift and Kelce’s relationship has been one of the most talked-about celebrity romances of the past year. While both are global superstars in their respective fields, they have managed to keep much of their personal life away from the spotlight. Kelce’s lighthearted comments about Garage Beer reflect the couple’s ability to balance humor with discretion. Fans may not know all the details yet, but the anticipation surrounding their wedding continues to grow.
The pairing of one of the NFL’s biggest personalities with one of the world’s most famous pop stars has captivated audiences. Every small update, whether serious or playful, fuels speculation and excitement. For now, Kelce’s beer joke adds a fun twist to the narrative, reminding fans that even amid fame and fortune, the couple values authenticity and laughter.
