Hilary Duff is officially back in the spotlight. After more than a decade away from the music industry, the actress-singer has confirmed plans for a world tour, marking a major milestone in her long-awaited comeback.
Duff, 38, released her new single Mature last November, signaling her return to recording. To celebrate, she embarked on a four-stop mini-tour titled Small Rooms, Big Nerves, which ran throughout January. The intimate shows gave fans a taste of her new sound and energy, while also building anticipation for bigger announcements.
That moment arrived during her concert at The Wiltern in Los Angeles on Thursday night. Towards the end of her set, Duff invited three fans on stage to perform the viral With Love dance alongside her. After the routine, she handed each participant a T-shirt emblazoned with the words “World,” “Tour,” and “Loading…” As the fans turned to face the audience, the crowd erupted in applause, realizing the surprise reveal.
The tour announcement comes just weeks before the release of Duff’s sixth studio album, Luck… or Something, which drops on February 20. Produced with her husband, musician Matthew Koma, the album promises to showcase Duff’s growth as both an artist and a person. The project blends her pop roots with a more mature sound, reflecting her evolution since her last full-length release.
In addition to new music and touring, Duff has signed on for a docuseries directed by Sam Wrench. The series will chronicle her musical comeback and personal journey, offering fans an unfiltered look at her life. According to a press release, viewers will “ride shotgun as she balances raising a family, recording new music, live show rehearsals, and preparing to perform on stage for the first time in over a decade.”
Social media lit up following the Los Angeles concert, with fans celebrating Duff’s announcement. Many expressed nostalgia for her early hits while praising her decision to return with fresh material. The combination of a new album, a world tour, and a behind-the-scenes docuseries has positioned Duff’s comeback as one of the most anticipated pop events of 2026.
While Duff has yet to reveal specific tour dates or locations, the announcement signals her readiness to reconnect with fans worldwide. With Luck… or Something set to debut in February and the docuseries in production, 2026 is shaping up to be a defining year for the star.
