Blac Chyna has pushed back against her ex-boyfriend’s allegations of abuse with serious claims of her own, alleging that he choked and spat on her during an incident in 2023. The former reality star, whose legal name is Angela White, filed a procedural motion on Dec. 30 in an ongoing civil case brought by her ex Taiyon “Twin” Hector. The filing, obtained by USA TODAY on Jan. 14, is part of Hector’s lawsuit that was first filed in 2024. In the document, White claims Hector engaged in “a pattern of abusive, intimidating, and threatening behavior” toward her, escalating an already tense legal battle that has been playing out in court for months.
Blac Chyna details alleged March 2023 incident in new court filing
According to White’s filing, the alleged incident occurred in March 2023 at her home. She claims Hector refused to leave and became “hostile and violent” during the confrontation. White alleges Hector choked her, spat on her, and verbally abused her in front of her nanny. She also claims he damaged expensive personal belongings, including designer wigs, hairpieces, and clothing.
The filing further states that White’s two children were present in the home at the time and were sleeping nearby. White shares her 13-year-old son King with rapper Tyga, and her 9-year-old daughter Dream with Rob Kardashian.
White says she acted in self-defense and feared for her family
In the motion, White states that she did not initiate violence and acted only in self-defense during the alleged encounter. She claims police were called and removed Hector from the home. The incident, she argues, left her fearing not only for her own safety but also for the safety and well-being of her children.
The filing paints the alleged confrontation as a deeply unsettling moment inside the home, with White emphasizing the emotional impact of the situation and her concern for those around her. USA TODAY reported that it reached out to Hector’s attorney and the Los Angeles Police Department for comment.
Hector previously accused Blac Chyna of unprovoked abuse
White’s claims come in response to Hector’s lawsuit filed in September 2024, in which he accused her of being physically abusive in multiple incidents. In that lawsuit, Hector alleged White had a pattern of unprovoked abuse that he described as being fueled by alcohol and drugs. He also claimed there was a September 2021 incident in which she “savagely” beat him while he slept. The lawsuit added another layer of controversy for White, who has remained a high-profile public figure due to her past reality TV fame and personal relationships that frequently made headlines.
Lawsuit status remains unresolved after default entry
The case has also faced recent legal developments. Hector reportedly received an entry of default in the civil lawsuit, meaning White could be at risk of losing the case because she did not respond within the required timeframe. However, a final ruling has not yet been issued. White’s new filing appears to be part of an effort to address the allegations against her and add her own claims into the court record as the legal fight continues.
A public legal battle continues to intensify
The latest filing signals that the dispute between White and Hector is far from over. With both sides making serious accusations, the case remains sensitive and closely watched. At this stage, the claims have been presented through legal filings, and no final decision has been announced by the court. As the case moves forward, it is expected to draw continued attention, with the outcome potentially shaping both the legal and public narrative surrounding the ongoing allegations.
