Cardi B continues to spotlight her fitness journey, this time stepping into a yoga session alongside boyfriend Stefon Diggs during a holiday wellness event in Massachusetts. The appearance blended celebrity visibility with community outreach, offering a quieter, more reflective moment during the hectic year-end season.
On Monday, December 15, the Grammy-winning rapper attended the inaugural “Winter Wonderland Wellness” event at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough. The gathering was part of a New England Patriots family initiative and was organized in collaboration with Diggs’ nonprofit, the Diggs Deep Foundation, which focuses on youth and community empowerment.
Cardi and Diggs joined local mothers and their children on the stadium floor, where yoga mats were arranged for a guided wellness session. Diggs embraced the holiday theme, wearing a Santa hat and grey sweater, while Cardi chose a cream-colored top paired with wide-leg pants, keeping the look understated and relaxed.
Video clips from the event captured the couple sitting cross-legged in Sukhasana, a basic seated yoga pose. The two appeared at ease, smiling and quietly chatting as instructors led participants through the session. The tone of the evening was calm and communal, emphasizing mindfulness over spectacle.
Speaking to local reporters, Diggs shared that the event was designed as a gesture of appreciation for mothers, particularly during a demanding time of year. Raised by a single mother, the NFL star said the idea was personal. His mother was also present at the event as a special guest.
“It’s the end of the year, and every year is hard—especially for moms,” Diggs said. He described the night as a chance to offer a break through yoga, wellness messages, and small pampering moments, adding that giving back has always been important to him.
Diggs noted that many women, including his partner, juggle family responsibilities while supporting others, often without taking time for themselves. The event aimed to acknowledge that effort in a meaningful way.
For Cardi B, the yoga session comes as she prepares for a demanding year ahead. The rapper has been regularly sharing workout updates as she gets into shape for her 2026 North American arena tour, titled the Little Miss Drama Tour.
The 35-date tour is scheduled to begin on February 11 in Palm Desert, California, and will take Cardi across major cities including Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Portland, Vancouver, Seattle, San Francisco, Dallas, Denver, Minneapolis, Chicago, New York, Boston, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and more. The tour is set to conclude on April 17 in Atlanta.
While Cardi B is known for high-energy performances and bold public moments, the wellness event offered a different perspective. Rather than a red-carpet appearance or concert stage, the focus remained on community, balance, and self-care.
As both Cardi and Diggs navigate demanding careers, the event underscored a shared commitment to wellness and outreach—one yoga pose at a time.
