Still, Collins offered careful perspective when speaking to USA TODAY.
“I just like thinking in terms of do we get to go to another season,” she said, adding that what mattered was watching Emily finally make choices for herself.
As for whether Gabriel and Emily are “endgame,” Collins remained cautious:
“Darren [Star] keeps writing things that we’re so shocked about. So we have no idea.”
Mindy Chen (Ashley Park) also sits at a romantic crossroads despite her engagement to Nico (Paul Forman), leaving her story equally open-ended.

If renewed, Season 6 could follow previous release timing, meaning episodes would likely arrive late-2026.
