Heavy metal titans Iron Maiden are set to bring their thunderous live show back to Australia later this year, with special guests Megadeth joining them for a four-date stadium and arena run.
Tour Details
The Run For Your Lives World Tour will kick off on November 11 at Adelaide Entertainment Centre, before hitting Melbourne’s AAMI Park (Nov. 13), Sydney’s Allianz Stadium (Nov. 15), and wrapping up at Brisbane Entertainment Centre (Nov. 18).
This marks Iron Maiden’s eighth visit to Australia since their debut tour in 1982. The band last performed down under in September 2024, but this time they’ll headline stadiums in Melbourne and Sydney for the first time in their 50-year career.

A Historic Moment
“This will be Iron Maiden’s biggest tour of Australia ever,” said Paul Dainty, president of TEG Dainty, the promoter behind the shows. “With Megadeth joining the tour, this is going to be an absolute powerhouse night of metal — two giants of the genre, one colossal production.”
A Big Week for Iron Maiden
The announcement comes during a milestone week for the band. Iron Maiden was just nominated for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and Universal Pictures International unveiled Iron Maiden: Burning Ambition, a feature film chronicling their five-decade journey with unprecedented access to their archives.
Formed in East London in 1975, Iron Maiden has released 17 studio albums, sold over 100 million records, and performed more than 2,500 shows across 64 countries. Their 2021 album Senjutsu debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200, marking their highest charting release ever.
Ticket Information
General public tickets for the Australian shows go on sale Friday, March 6. Fans can expect a massive production, blending Iron Maiden’s legendary stage theatrics with Megadeth’s thrash metal firepower.
