Jeff Bezos’ $175 Million Beverly Hills Estate Features Futuristic ‘UFO Sauna,’ Report Says

Jeff Bezos’ Beverly Hills mansion featuring futuristic design elements

Jeff Bezos’ Beverly Hills estate is once again drawing attention, this time for a strikingly unconventional feature reportedly added during a years-long renovation: a futuristic sauna designed to resemble a UFO. New images of the property have fueled online discussion, highlighting the scale and imagination behind one of the most expensive private residences in Los Angeles.

According to a report by the Daily Mail, the Amazon founder and his fiancée Lauren Sánchez have transformed the historic property into a sprawling, ultra-modern compound while preserving elements of its original 1930s architecture.

A Blend of Old Hollywood and Futurism

The estate spans approximately 10 acres and connects two neighboring properties via a raised bridge. While the main mansion retains much of its Old Hollywood character, the surrounding grounds reflect a distinctly contemporary vision.

Among the most talked-about additions is the so-called “UFO sauna”—a circular structure featuring a clear dome and seating arranged inside a landscaped cactus garden. The installation reportedly sits near a firepit and outdoor lounge area, making it both a functional wellness space and a bold visual centerpiece.

The futuristic design has quickly become one of the estate’s most distinctive features.

Resort-Style Amenities Across the Grounds

Beyond the sauna, the property includes a wide range of luxury amenities designed to resemble a private resort. One section of the estate features an aquatic-themed swimming pool, decorated with colorful sea-creature designs and bordered by expansive balconies and seating areas.

Additional features include a second swimming pool, a hot tub, multiple pickleball courts, and a beach volleyball court complete with a viewing deck. Long walkways, manicured landscaping, and tall hedges provide both visual appeal and privacy throughout the grounds.

Golf carts are reportedly used to move across the property, underscoring the sheer scale of the estate.

A Multi-Year Renovation

Bezos purchased the primary Beverly Hills mansion in 2020 for $165 million, later acquiring a neighboring home for an additional $10 million. Construction and redesign efforts took several years, with at least one reported delay in 2023 due to planning issues.

Those obstacles were eventually resolved, allowing the project to move forward. The completed estate now stands as one of the most expensive and architecturally unique private homes in the United States.

Part of a Vast Real Estate Portfolio

The Beverly Hills compound is only one piece of Bezos’ extensive real estate holdings. His property portfolio reportedly includes homes in Florida, Washington, D.C., Maui, Texas, and Manhattan, as well as a $500 million superyacht.

Still, the UFO-inspired sauna has given the Beverly Hills estate a distinct identity, blending luxury, technology, and personal taste in a way that has captured public attention.

As images of the property continue to circulate, the estate stands as a reflection of Bezos’ evolving lifestyle—where futuristic design meets historic grandeur on an unprecedented scale.
