Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has made a significant move regarding his real estate portfolio. The star athlete purchased a luxury mansion in Dana Point, California, for $7.2 million in 2023. Shortly after marrying actress Hailee Steinfeld last May, he listed the property for $8.5 million. After several months on the market without a buyer meeting his asking price, Allen has now decided to withdraw the listing.

The mansion sits in a guard-gated community and features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. With its coastal views and high-end amenities, the property has served as Allen’s offseason retreat. His choice to keep the home suggests he values the privacy and comfort it offers.

Family Milestone: Baby on the Way
Allen’s housing decision comes as he and Steinfeld prepare for parenthood. The couple recently announced they are expecting their first child. Steinfeld debuted her baby bump at the Golden Globes, where she presented alongside Ayo Edebiri and celebrated her film Sinners.
“What a night at the Golden Globes,” Steinfeld shared online. “A night out with my newest plus one—presenting with Ayo, catching up with old friends, making new ones, and most of all celebrating Sinners with my Sinners family.”
Allen’s Reaction to Fatherhood
Allen expressed his joy to the Associated Press, saying he is “overjoyed” about becoming a father. “I’ve known for a long time, right? So it’s not that crazy to me,” he explained after the Bills’ December 14 game against the New England Patriots. “But obviously, the love that I’ve received from my teammates and friends? It’s been really cool. It’s a special moment in my wife’s life and mine.”
Balancing Football and Family
While Allen prepares for fatherhood, he remains focused on the Bills’ playoff push. The team faces the Denver Broncos tomorrow at 4:30 p.m., a crucial matchup as Allen balances professional demands with personal joy. From real estate moves to family milestones, Allen’s life off the field is drawing as much attention as his performance on it.
