Kylie Kelce Says She’s Choosing to Age Naturally to Set an Example for Daughters

Kylie Kelce records podcast episode discussing natural aging and wrinkles

Kylie Kelce is opening up about aging on her own terms. The 33-year-old mother of four shared why she plans to avoid Botox and facial fillers, saying she hopes to model confidence and authenticity for her daughters.

Speaking on a new episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast on Dec. 18, Kelce reflected on a clip of actress Kate Winslet discussing natural aging. Kelce said Winslet’s comments resonated deeply, prompting her to share her own perspective.

“I love it so much,” Kelce said. She emphasized that her views reflect her personal decision and not judgment toward others.

“Women can do whatever makes them happy because, quite honestly, it’s none of my business,” she said. “It’s not my body.”

A Philosophy Rooted in Expression and Connection

Kelce explained that she sees facial lines not as flaws, but visible records of experience.

“Your face has been telling people how you feel,” she said. “Crow’s feet come from smiling. Smile lines come from joy.”

She said keeping her expressions intact helps her communicate with her children. Kelce and her husband, retired NFL center Jason Kelce, share daughters Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and baby Finn, 8 months.

“When I raise my eyebrows because I’m interested in what my children are saying and I have lines in my forehead, it only furthers the expression,” she said. “If I couldn’t raise my eyebrows, I couldn’t be shocked at the things my kids are saying.”

Modeling Confidence for the Next Generation

Kelce said she hopes her daughters grow up seeing natural signs of age as normal.

“When they get into their 30s, I want them to be like, ‘Mom had wrinkles then too,’” she said. “And I earned these suckers.”

Kelce added that she intends to “keep” her wrinkles and embrace the aging process even though it occasionally feels uncomfortable.

“Sometimes I’m like, ‘Girl, you are not 24,’” she admitted. “But I’m 33 years old, and this is how my face looks.”

Rejecting Pressure While Supporting Choice

Kelce said she wants to challenge the belief that cosmetic procedures should become the default expectation as women age.

“I would like more women to know that it doesn’t have to be the new status quo,” she said.

Still, she made clear that she supports women making their own choices, including aesthetic procedures.

“If they want to plump their lips or freeze their forehead, power to them,” she added. “This is how I look, and I hope young women can say confidently that that is how they look.”

Kelce joins a wave of high-profile women encouraging open conversations about beauty standards, aging and the pressures created by social media culture. Her approach blends empowerment and vulnerability, grounding the idea of aging naturally in family connection and self-acceptance.
