Riley Keough Named in Lawsuit Claim Alleging Biological Link to John Travolta’s Son — Presley Lawyers Deny Allegation

A shocking allegation surfaced this week involving actress Riley Keough, after she was named in a December court filing connected to a $50 million lawsuit involving Priscilla Presley. The filing claims Keough could be the biological mother of John Travolta’s teenage son, Benjamin.

Attorneys for Presley issued an immediate and forceful denial, calling the allegation “outrageous” and accusing opposing parties of attempting to weaponize private family matters within an unrelated legal dispute.

The development has triggered widespread speculation online, fueled by the Presley family’s high public profile and the protected circumstances surrounding Benjamin’s birth in 2010.

Allegation Appears in Breach-of-Contract Suit

The lawsuit was filed December 17, 2025, by Brigitte Kruse, a former business associate of Priscilla Presley. The filing is part of an ongoing legal battle alleging misconduct tied to Presley-related business ventures.

Within the lengthy complaint, Kruse asserts that Keough — granddaughter of Elvis Presley and star of Daisy Jones & The Six — allegedly donated her eggs to help Travolta and his late wife Kelly Preston conceive their youngest son.

The documents claim the information came from Michael Lockwood, Lisa Marie Presley’s former husband. Kruse also alleges Keough received monetary compensation and a used Jaguar vehicle in the process.

Multiple outlets reported that no independent evidence supporting the allegation has been presented, and representatives for Keough and Travolta have not commented publicly.

Presley Legal Team Calls Allegation “Shameful”

Attorneys for Priscilla Presley dismissed the claim, arguing it has “absolutely nothing” to do with the underlying breach-of-contract lawsuit.

In a written statement, Presley’s legal representatives said the allegation represents “an unethical attempt to publicly humiliate” the family and pledged to challenge its inclusion in court.

Legal analysts note that inflammatory claims in civil filings can spark major public interest even when unproven, raising questions about the balance between legal transparency and privacy.

Travolta Family Background

Benjamin Travolta was born November 23, 2010, described by his parents as a “miracle” following the tragic 2009 death of their son Jett.

Kelly Preston died in 2020 after a private battle with breast cancer, leaving Travolta to raise Benjamin and daughter Ella Bleu, now 25.

The Travolta family has historically sought privacy regarding reproduction-related matters, making the new allegation particularly sensitive.

Questions Ahead as Case Moves Forward

The lawsuit between Kruse and Presley predates the allegation by more than a year. Presley filed suit in August 2024 alleging financial misconduct and elder abuse.

Legal observers caution that the biological claim remains unverified and may not ultimately be relevant to the court’s ruling, but predict the rumor may remain prominent online due to the celebrities involved.

The case will continue in Los Angeles Superior Court, where judges will determine whether any personal claims about the Travolta or Presley families may be admissible and whether penalties will be imposed for introducing unsupported allegations.
