Criscilla Anderson — professional dancer, choreographer, and star of the Netflix reality series Country Ever After — has died at the age of 45. Her death was confirmed on Tuesday through an emotional Instagram post shared by her photographer, which included Anderson’s final written message to her fans.
The hip-hop dancer had been open about her fight with colon cancer since her diagnosis in 2018. In her farewell note, Anderson wrote, “If you’re reading this, I’ve finally slipped into the arms of Jesus — peacefully and surrounded by love. Please don’t stay in the darkness of this moment. I fought hard and I loved deeply. I am not gone… I’m Home.”
Survived by Family
Anderson is survived by her three children shared with her ex-husband, country music singer Coffey Anderson, and a former stepdaughter. The couple married in 2009 and later separated when Coffey filed for divorce in 2022.
“My babies… I am watching over you,” she wrote to her children. “When a moment feels warm, familiar, or too beautiful to be coincidence — that’s me. I’m still mothering you. I’m still yours.”
